1) Will I own the lodge?

Yes. Once you purchase a holiday home, it and its contents are all yours! The land that it is built on is subject to a site rental fee.

2) Can I lodge all year round?

Our lodges are designed to be a home-from-home experience that is comfortable to holiday in for 12-months of the year. Whether it's a 'summer long' retreat or a relaxing rural Christmas, the choice is yours.

3) Will I get a postal address?

Yes, you will get your own postal address which uniquely belongs to you to receive mail and deliveries. 

4) Are pets allowed?

Pets are more than welcome as part of the family whilst you’re staying at White Swan Lodges and Fisheries.

5) Are all lodges single storey?

Yes, all of our luxury holiday homes are single storey and have disabled access, perfect for all levels of mobility.

6) Will I have to furnish the lodge myself?

No, you'll receive a high-grade kitchen, appliances, bathroom, toilets, furniture, dining room table and so much more. You'll just need your bed-linen, cutlery and any other finishing touches.

7) What Are Your Opening Hours?
