A 40x14 ft, 2-bedroom lodges start from £130k and the twin lodge (40x20 ft) 2-bedroom start from £180k.
3) What size of lodge does this Payment Plan Apply to?

Yes, you can make additional payments at any time towards the remaining balance of your lodge.
6) Is there a penalty for paying off the balance early?
No, there is no penalty for paying off the balance of your lodge early. You are free to pay it off at any time during the 36-month period.
7) What happens if I decide to sell my lodge before the payment plan is complete?
If you decide to sell your lodge before the payment plan is complete, you will need to settle the remaining balance at the time of sale.
8) What if I can’t make the repayment deadlines?
Should you encounter difficulties meeting the repayment deadlines, similar to a mortgage, failure to make your required payment may ultimately result in your holiday lodge being repossessed.
